Support the United States PALMA Team

The United States PALMA Team is organized under the auspices of the National Rifle Association and supported by contributions from individuals and corporations interested in promoting this "America's Cup" of high power rifle shooting.

PALMA Promotions, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization endorsed by the NRA with the sole purpose of promoting and raising funds to support the United States participation in PALMA events.

What can you do to support the United States PALMA Team?

• Become informed about PALMA and spread the word among other shooters!
• Encourage your club to provide shooting programs for young shooters!
• Subscribe to PALMA Promotions' periodical Long Range Rifle Shooter (see PALMA Promotions, Inc.)!
• Make your tax exempt donation to PALMA support through PALMA Promotions!

In 2007, the United States will again compete for the PALMA Trophy at the World Long Range Rifle Team Championships — the "America's Cup" of Rifle Shooting.

In the 120 year history of the PALMA Trophy, the USA has won Gold 13 times.

To bring the trophy home, the team needs YOU to support their campaign.

To ensure success, the men and women of the team--all amateurs participating in the last truly amateur world championships--need financial help, moral support and new talent so that the sport and the championships continue to grow.

Corporate Sponsorship

There are a limited number of corporate sponsorship packages available. With contribution levels of $50,000, $25,000, $5,000 and $1,000 these packages are a unique opportunity for any company. Details can be obtained from PALMA Promotions.

Individual Donations

Individuals can support the PALMA team with donations at Gold ($100), Silver ($60), and Bronze ($35) levels and receive gifts that recognize their support. Donation Coupon (click here).

The PALMA Junior Achievement Award

To encourage participation in the sport of long range shooting and to create a pool of talent for the next century, PALMA Promotions will recognize outstanding achievements by young shooters taking part in any Approved or Registered Tournament that includes a stage at 600 yards or greater. Juniors need only fire one of the required scores in a year to win the award of a plaque, shooting cap and a patch.
